    Responsibilities

    • Safely operate a vehicle to attend light duty service calls and for parts pick up at designated locations.
    • Load and unload parts with care, ensuring that all items are handled properly to prevent damage.
    • Navigate routes efficiently, optimizing travel time while adhering to safety regulations.
    • Provide exceptional customer service during service, addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
    • Assist in garage operations, including moving inventory, managing stock levels and maintaining cleanliness in the shop.
    • Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks for heavy lifting and transporting materials as needed.
    • Maintain accurate logs and documentation to ensure accountability and traceability.
    • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

    Experience

    • Familiarity with light duty service (i.e. changing tires)
    • Familiarity with repair/service operations and logistics.
    • Strong customer service skills that allow you to engage positively with clients and colleagues alike.
    • Experience driving in city settings and in all types of weather.
    • Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50lbs.) and moving tasks safely and efficiently.
