Join our dynamic team as a Light Duty Roadside Service Provider and Parts Runner, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for conducting light duty service such as gas calls, boosts and tire changes as well as picking up essential parts in various locations while providing top-notch customer service. Your energy and commitment will help keep our operations on track, making you an integral part of our success!
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a vehicle to attend light duty service calls and for parts pick up at designated locations.
- Load and unload parts with care, ensuring that all items are handled properly to prevent damage.
- Navigate routes efficiently, optimizing travel time while adhering to safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during service, addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
- Assist in garage operations, including moving inventory, managing stock levels and maintaining cleanliness in the shop.
- Utilize equipment such as pallet jacks for heavy lifting and transporting materials as needed.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation to ensure accountability and traceability.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Experience
- Familiarity with light duty service (i.e. changing tires)
- Familiarity with repair/service operations and logistics.
- Strong customer service skills that allow you to engage positively with clients and colleagues alike.
- Experience driving in city settings and in all types of weather.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50lbs.) and moving tasks safely and efficiently.
- Must posses a valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
