Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a Delivery Driver & Cook Assistant at our pizza store. This dual-role position requires a reliable person who can efficiently deliver pizzas while also assisting in food preparation and cooking. The ideal candidate will be punctual, customer-focused, and able to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Delivery Responsibilities:
• Deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers during deliveries.
• Ensure all deliveries are accurate, checking orders before leaving the store.
• Collect payments and provide change as needed, ensuring proper handling of cash and credit transactions.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries.
• Cooking and Food Preparation:
• Assist in the kitchen during peak hours by preparing ingredients for pizza and other menu items.
• Follow recipes and cooking instructions, ensuring food quality and consistency.
• Help cook pizzas and other items, monitoring cooking times and temperatures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper storage of food items.
• Store Maintenance:
• Change garbage bins regularly to maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Sweep and mop floors to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms as needed, ensuring they are always presentable for customers.
• Assist with general store maintenance and organization as required.
• Customer Service:
• Provide exceptional service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Build rapport with regular customers to enhance their overall experience.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate delivery schedules and kitchen needs.

Qualifications:
• Must have your own vehicle
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Previous experience in food service or delivery preferred.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and work on your feet for extended periods.
