The Opportunity
In this role you will be ….
• Accurately audit the customer fixtures using the HHT to gain availability, process returned stock for the customer accurately through credit notes, carry out merchandising where necessary.
• Serve customers in line with their service agreements, develop relationships with customers, build rapport and establish trust, deal with all customer enquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
• Ensure a safe, clean, tidy vehicle that is driven in a safe and courteous manner to reflect the Company’s high-quality image.
• Drive a company vehicle in a cost affect way to reduce costs.
• Use the companies HHT and additional IT hardware correctly and with care.
• Use any other company equipment as directed.

• Full Driving Licence is essential.
• Previous sales experience is desirable.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the Sales Office
• Must be able to demonstrate clear communication that achieves a desirable outcome and the ability to build rapport with others.
