Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.91 per hour

BE HOME EVERY EVENING!

Our shunt drivers are responsible for moving equipment & trailers containing live birds through the yard in a safe, efficient manner. Applicants are required to have a good safety record, ability to do some heavy lifting and a mechanical aptitude. Starting wage is $24.91 per hour!! Plus an additional $.75 per hour for shift premium.

AFTERNOON SHIFT 2:40PM Start Time. Monday – Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Completion of grade 12 or equivalent an asset
• Current Class 1 drivers license w/air endorsement
• Previous experience in the hauling industry an asset
• Conscientious and punctual character
• A safe work record and work habit
• Responsible to perform and document pre and post trip truck inspection
• A good driving record
• Ability to make quick and accurate city deliveries
• Ability to communicate and maintain positive customer relations
