Route Delivery Driver

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.72-$25.93 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Drive a company full-size/mini van
• Take over an established route within the GTA
• Complete run-around tasks as needed (i.e., pick up equipment, small-ware items, etc.), if not covering a route
• Build strong relationships with retailers by delivering products in a timely and efficient manner and rotating product
• Maintaining good relations with customers and their personnel
• Complete and submit all required paperwork, invoices, load sheets and cash/checks within appropriate time frames
• Collect payment for product as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Driver’s license
• Must have a safe driving record
• Able to lift, load, unload and move products weighing up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and fulfill all physical requirements of the job
• Proficient reading, writing, and numeracy skills
• Excellent communication skills

Experience:

• delivery: 2 years (Preferred)

Licence:

• G class Driver’s (Required)
