    What You’ll Do as a Coffee and Water Delivery Driver:

    As a Coffee and Water Delivery Driver at Cambrian, your primary responsibilities will include delivering coffee products and ensuring customer break stations are clean, fully stocked, and ready for use.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Product Delivery:
    • Deliver coffee beans, supplies, and water products to customer locations in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure all deliveries are accurate and match customer orders.
    • Transport products safely and securely, maintaining quality during transit.
    • Break Station Maintenance:
    • Inspect and clean customer break stations during each delivery visit.
    • Restock coffee supplies, including beans, filters, and other essentials, to ensure stations are fully operational.
    • Remove empty containers, trash, and other waste to maintain a clean and organized break area.
    • Water Delivery:
    • Deliver bottled water or water dispensers to customers as required.
    • Ensure water products are handled and stored properly to maintain quality and safety.
    • Replace empty water bottles or containers and remove any waste.
    • Customer Service:
    • Interact with customers professionally, addressing any questions or concerns about their coffee or water service.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Represent Cambrian’s brand with a focus on reliability, cleanliness, and professionalism.
    • Vehicle and Inventory Management:
    • Conduct daily vehicle inspections (circle checks) to ensure safety and roadworthiness.
    • Maintain an organized and clean delivery vehicle.
    • Track inventory levels of coffee and water products, ensuring adequate stock for deliveries.
    • Safety and Compliance:
    • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
    • Follow company protocols for safe lifting, handling, and transporting of products.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during delivery and break station maintenance.

    What You Need to Bring to the Role:

    • Valid G-Class Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
    • Minimum of 3 years of driving experience, preferably in a delivery or service role.

    Our Super Drivers are like a cross between Captain Planet, a human GPS, and Santa. This punctual posse is responsible for the consistent delivery of our delicious snacks and lunches to little eaters across the GTA.

    As the face of our brand, you’ll need to have a tidy appearance and respectful manners

    Some of the things you’ll get paid to do:

    Deliveries
    • Load vans according to delivery manifests; assist fellow drivers in loading process
    • Follow route and schedule as outlined, ensuring on-time deliveries
    • Complete individual deliveries following all steps of service and special instructions (when applicable)

    Vehicle Maintenance and Cleaning
    • Maintaining clean cab and cargo areas on a daily basis
    • Fleet prep work as assigned
    • Reporting issues or appearance of warning lights immediately
    • Checking fluids on a weekly basis
    • Inspecting functional lights and signals, as well as wear and tear on a daily basis

    Delivery Equipment Returns
    • Cleaning delivery bags and cambro equipment
    • Storing/organizing delivery equipment so that it is ready to be reused the next day

    About You
    • Minimum 25 years of age (for insurance purposes)
    • Valid G-Class Ontario Driver’s License with a clean driving record
    • Successful candidates will be required to submit their information for a background check

    As the Home Delivery Driver, you will:
    • Assist with the loading and unloading of products into the company’s delivery vehicles.

    • 6 months to 1 year of Delivery Driver experience.
    • Experience with hand tools is an asset.
