Job Details
Position Type: Regular, Part-time
Schedule: Daytime, variable (Monday to Friday 6am to 10am and Saturday 6am to 3pm)
Overtime may be required (paid as per Ontario employment standards)
Required training provided by the employer.
Pay: $22.39/hr
General Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Making deliveries to customers
- Perform any other work related to this position.
Basic qualifications required.
- Typically requires 3 + years of related experience in a similar role.
- Class G license (automatic) is the minimumrequirement.
- Professional and/or defensive driving education is an asset.
- Ability to operate a tailgate on a truck.
- Ability to operate an electrical and manual pallet jack.
- Ability to read, write and count (English)
- Physical requirements include lifting, carrying, bending, stretching for long periods of time.
- Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to work different shifts.
- Organizational skills
- Customer service is the secret to good service!
- Successful candidates must be able to complete and participate in a criminal background check.
- Successful candidates may be required to provide a current driver’s abstract.
