    Job description

    Salary: CA$80K–CA$85K a year

    Job Type: Full-time

Many regional Canadian trucking companies started as a family enterprise but have been integrated into larger national corporations. At Carmen, we’re proud to still be a 100% family-owned and operated transportation company. As a mid-size transportation company, we have incorporated the processes, technology, and training necessary to compete with much larger trucking companies. Yet, we have maintained the personal service approach that only a smaller organization can offer.

Therefore, we believe in choosing the right people to represent our company. We are looking for people that CARE as it is ingrained in our culture with every shipment placed with us.

We are currently looking for US Cross Boarder Company Drivers for our growing team!

We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and pension plan.

We’ve been one of Trucking HR Canada’s “Top Fleet Employers” for five years. We’re hiring AZ-licenced truck drivers with 2 years of verifiable experience who are willing to be away from home for 3-6 days and drive open-board (not dedicated) OTR to mainly southern lanes in the US.

If you excel at working without direct supervision and delivering loads on time, join our team! As a cross-border AZ truck driver, you could earn an average salary of $80,000 – $85,000 per year.

We Offers OTR AZ Truck Drivers:
    • Company pension plan
    • Health, dental & life insurance plans
    • Competitive, reliable, biweekly pay by direct deposit

    • Paid orientation
    • Pre-pass transponders
    • Well-maintained and regularly inspected equipment
    • On-site parking
    • Paid Fast Card renewal fee
    • Paid referral bonus
