Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Transports and delivers equipment when and where required by operating a shunt truck, day cab truck, pickup truck, or customer’s vehicle.
• Maintains safe vehicle, shop, and yard conditions by complying with organization policies and procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains records by completing daily first use inspections on the shunt truck and the daily yard check.
• Maintains safe work environment by watching out for foot traffic; following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
• Keeps shunt truck operating by following operating instructions and reporting breakdowns.
• Maintains safe operation and use defensive driving tactics clean by complying with organization operational policies, procedures, and standards, as well as local driving rules and regulations
• Assist technicians and shipper/receiver with use of forklift
• Work with general maintenance coordinator to maintain a clean organized shop, parts department, and yard.
• Keep shunt truck and day cab truck clean
• Communicate with service advisors in a professional manner over 2-way radios

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have valid Class 1 driver’s license
• AZ License Required
• 2 years’ experience required
• Clean Drivers Abstract
