Mini-Bus Driver

Monthly Salary: $3,500 – $4,200
Location: Rexdale, Toronto

Job Summary:

The Mini-Bus Driver is responsible for safely transporting groups of passengers — often students, employees, seniors, or tour groups — on scheduled routes or for special trips. This role requires excellent driving skills, customer care, and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a mini-bus on assigned routes, maintaining schedules and ensuring timely pickups/drop-offs
• Transport passengers to schools, offices, events, or community centers
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain order and ensure passenger safety during transit
• Report mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly
• Maintain records such as trip logs, fuel usage, and maintenance reports
• Provide friendly, professional service to all passengers

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Class F or B driver’s license
• Clean driving record and background check
• Previous experience driving a mini-bus or commercial passenger vehicle
• Knowledge of Rexdale and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• First Aid/CPR and defensive driving certifications are a plus
