Job Summary:
An Office Driver is responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation for office staff, documents, and occasionally clients or guests. The position typically supports daily business operations by facilitating smooth and timely travel within the city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive company executives, staff, or visitors to and from meetings, appointments, and business venues
- Deliver and collect important office documents, parcels, or supplies
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure regular servicing
- Plan routes effectively, considering traffic and time constraints
- Maintain a daily log of trips, mileage, and fuel usage
- Follow corporate dress code and represent the company professionally
- Report any mechanical issues or accidents promptly
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario G driver’s license with a clean driving record
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a corporate or office driver role
- Knowledge of Downtown Toronto traffic and roadways
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong time management and punctuality
- Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive company information
