Construction Gravel Truck Driver

High-Demand Seasonal Role:
Haul aggregates and materials for major infrastructure projects across Calgary’s expanding metro area.

Compensation Package:

• Monthly Earnings: 7,500−7,500−9,000 CAD (April-November)
  • Base Rate: 35−35−42/hr
  • Overtime: 1.5x after 8 hours (common 60hr weeks)
  • Completion Bonuses: $500 per project milestone
• Winter Options:
  • Snowplow work ($4,000-5,000/month)
  • Equipment maintenance roles

Requirements:

• Licensing: Class 1 with Air Brake (AZ)
• Certifications:
  • Ground Disturbance Level 2
  • CSTS-09 safety training
• Equipment Skills:
  • End-dump trailer experience
  • Tarping systems operation
  • Winter chain-up procedures
