Shuttle driver / office

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Parking Attendant. In this role, you will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, manage parking operations, and help shuttle guests to and from the airport in a timely and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check in guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide information about parking services, rates, and procedures
• Assist customers with luggage and boarding the shuttle bus
• Safely operate shuttle vehicles between the parking lot and airport terminal
• Monitor parking lot activity and maintain organization of parked vehicles
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and payments
• Perform routine vehicle checks (e.g. lights, oil)
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment, inside and outside
• Assist in snow clearing and minor lot maintenance when needed

Qualifications:

• Must be 25+ for insurance proposes
• Valid Nova Scotia driver’s license (Class 5)
• Previous experience in customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays
